This Ramadan, Turn Your Zakat Into Vision: Give the Gift of Sight
The Light of Ramadan
As the crescent moon appears and the holy month of Ramadan begins, our hearts turn toward reflection, prayer, and the spirit of giving. It is a time when we seek Nur (light) in our lives and strive to bring light to the lives of others.
While we fast and pray for spiritual clarity, there are thousands of people in our community living in physical darkness. For them, the beauty of the world, the faces of their loved ones, and the words of the Holy Quran remain unseen.
A Reality We Can Change
Take a moment to look at the child in our campaign image. He holds a book, eager to learn, yet a bandage covers his eyes. He represents the countless children and adults in underserved areas of Karachi who suffer from curable blindness simply because they cannot afford treatment.
At Al-Rayaz Hospital Trust, we believe that no one should live in darkness due to poverty. Sight is a blessing, and preserving it is our mission.
Your Zakat: A Beacon of Hope
This year, our Ramadan campaign carries a powerful message: “Turn Zakat Into Vision!”
When you donate your Zakat and Sadaqah to Al-Rayaz Hospital Trust, you aren’t just funding a medical procedure; you are altering the trajectory of a life.
For a child: You are giving them the ability to see the blackboard at school, to read, and to build a future.
For an elder: You are restoring their independence and their ability to read the Quran.
For a family: You are relieving the burden of medical debt.
Restoring sight is one of the most profound forms of Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity). Every time a patient you helped uses their eyes to read, work, or worship, you share in that reward.
